If your nationality is one of the lists, you don't need to apply for a Visa for entering Uganda. Other than these countries, all the nationalities need Visa to enter.
It is advised to bring cash if you are coming to Uganda. Only large business establishments take Visa or credit cards. So check in advance in lodges or restaurants if you have plans to pay in credit cards. Please note: US dollars bills issued before 1999 are NOT accepted in Uganda.
