The Rongai route is the main route that methodologies Kilimanjaro from the north, near the Kenyan outskirt. In spite of the fact that picking up ubiquity among climbers, Rongai has low traffic. It is the favored route for those searching for an option to the swarmed Marangu route, for the individuals who might want a progressively remote hike, and for the individuals who are climbing during the blustery season (the north side gets less precipitation). The base number of days required for this route is six days, and seven days are prescribed. In spite of the fact that the view isn't as shifted as the western routes, Rongai compensates for this by going through obvious wild regions for quite a long time before joining the Marangu route at Kibo camp. This route dives down the Marangu route. Rongai is a reasonably difficult route, and is exceptionally suggested, particularly for those with less hiking background. We will do Pre-Trip preparation and gear check one day prior, our guide will meet you anyplace inside an hour of Arusha/Moshi for the instructions and gear check.
On the first day, the trail heads towards the corn and potato fields and then moves through the forest which is home to a variety of wildlife, including the black and white colobus monkey. Then the trekking continues through the moorland, leaving the main trail for a smaller path towards the jagged peaks of Mawenzi. The landscape changes dramatically in the Alpine Desert zone. The unique landscapes offer stunning views of Kibo and Mawenzi.
