Olkambe Lodge enjoys a spectacular hilltop location inside Tarangire National Park, approximately nine kilometres from Sangaiwe Gate. Set on the Olkambe Hills, the lodge offers sweeping views of Lake Burunge, Lake Manyara, and the surrounding baobab-dotted landscapes.
Located in an area known as Chamchangeu, meaning “natural spring waters,” the lodge benefits from nearby springs that attract wildlife throughout the year. Guests may even spot animals from the comfort of their private balconies. With its elevated setting, scenic panoramas, and excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing, Olkambe Lodge offers a memorable safari experience in the heart of Tarangire’s wilderness.

The suites
Permanently built tented suites, larger than the rooms at our Classic lodges, finished in hardwood with locally inspired detail. Each has a private deck over the park, a copper bath and generous space to spread out. Choose single, double or twin, or family interconnecting suites for travelling together.
Each suite features a freestanding copper bathtub beside floor-to-ceiling windows, an indoor shower, a private outdoor shower, and a personal deck overlooking Tarangire’s breathtaking wilderness.
